Much love and congratulations to the New York Giants on their Super Bowl win this past Sunday. Well done gents, I knew you could do it. In fact, it was my Super Bowl dream this year. To see the longshot New York Giants team face off against the much hyped, evil juggernaut that was the almost perfect New England Patriots. For ya'll that don't know, I bleed burnt orange. That's right kids, I am a dyed in the wool, forever loyal Longhorn from the University of Texas. Having said that, I am pleased to say that Major Applewhite, my most beloved football hero ever, has finally returned home as the new assistant head coach and running back coach for the Longhorns. That news just about had me in orbit. Major is the classiest, nerviest, toughest, smartest player I have ever had the privilege to see in action, let alone on my team.
